Since 1949, Oase has been creating inspiring water experiences that combine technology, creativity and design. From garden ponds and aquariums to iconic fountain projects and water technology solutions, our work brings water to life in ways that move people every day.
Today, Oase is home to around 770 employees across 16 countries. Behind every product, project and customer experience are people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. Our teams work in Production, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Global Operations, Project Business, Water Technology, Fountain Technology and the support functions that keep our business moving.

International collaboration at Oase is fantastic. I really enjoy sharing my knowledge, learning from others, and broadening my perspective beyond my own area of expertise. I started my professional career at Oase more than 25 years ago through an apprenticeship. Since then, I have seen the company evolve from a primarily local business into a global player. The shared success we have achieved with our customers, together with the company’s strong revenue growth in recent years, is the clearest confirmation of this development.
At Oase, I have discovered the remarkable versatility of water. My international work has given me the opportunity to gain a wide range of experiences, including at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Whenever I am in Hörstel, I particularly value the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas with my colleagues.
Until recently, returning to my former employer, Oase, was not something I had considered. That made it more rewarding when the company approached me with a job opportunity that inspired me to take on new challenges.
