Oase’s BioPress in-line pressure filter offers biological and mechanical filtration that can be located remotely. The Oase BioPress filters use mechanical, biological filtration and ultraviolet light to keep water features up to 1,000 gallons clear. Simply pull the integrated cleaning handle up and down to clean and backflush the filter foams without removing the cover. The quick release clamps make opening and closing the filter when preforming maintenance tasks, easy. The canister may be buried up to the clamps, make sure to use the Oase FiltoCap to completely conceal the filter. You can easily monitor the UVC, filter performance and pollutant level without opening filter. It’s best used with pumps with a 17' shut off or less and waterfalls up to 7' higher than the filter. The BioPress qualifies for the Oase Clear Water Guarantee when paired with the proper pump. It includes 2 types of filter foams, a 1.25 “- 1.5” Sch 40 adapter, UVC, metric step fittings and 10' power cord. The BioPress 1000 has a 7W UVC, a maximum flow of 1,050 GPH and hose sizes 0.75”-1.5”. It has dimensions of 9’W × 13.25”H and a pond volume of up to 1,000 GPH. It has a 2-year warranty. The BioPress 1000 has a light fish load of less than 1,000 gallons, a medium fish load of less than 500 gallons and a heavy fish load of less than 250 gallons. It’s compatible with the 7W UVC and AquaMax Eco Premium 1200.
